This month we bring you March Madness! For those of you who are familiar, March Madness is a tournament-style 64-racer bracket and consists of a series of 7 rounds.  This means that in each round, you only need to beat the racer you are seeded against in the bracket to move on to the next round. We hope you engage in the competition and most importantly that you have fun! 

🏆 What to Expect:

Nitro Type March Madness is a multi-round tournament. We are hosting this as a cross team event with racers from NTPD1 and BEEHVE. This event follows a bracket-style format, similar to the NCAA basketball tournament, with racers advancing through multiple rounds of competition.

🚦 How It Works:

Seeding round: Determines initial rankings
Proceeding rounds cut the number of racers in half each week on a win-loss basis.
The bracket will update in real time every 10 minutes for the round "In Progress".  You must have joined BEEHVE or NTPD1 before completion of the Seeding Round to be eligible to participate.  We may at any point consider substitutes for racers that leave in early rounds on a case by case basis - any substitutions will happen in between rounds.

Botting will NOT be tolerated. Suspected botters will be disqualified from the tournament and may be kicked from the corresponding team.

• Dates: The Month of March - Beginning of April
Official Dates are found in the calendar for each event. 

• Duration: Varying

• 7 Events providing you qualify from one to the next. 

Event Winner Rewards 

 • Seeding Round: N/A

• Round of 64: $500,000 NitroType cash prize

• Round of 32: $1,000,000 NitroType cash prize

• Sweet 16: $2,000,000 NitroType cash prize

• Elite 8: $4,000,000 NitroType cash prize

• Final 4: $8,000,000 NitroType cash

• Championship: $16,000,000 NitroType cash prize

Participation prize $200,000 as long as you met the minimum 100 race requirement this week!
